Aviauna is a senior undergraduate at Penn State, pursuing a biochemistry major with a minor in japanese. She hopes to be able to go to Japan some day but right now she is proud to be apart of a lab that allows her to expand her knowledge and skills. She is currently studying the effects of plant-derived metabolites on the gut microbiome. In her free time she enjoys watching anime and playing video games.
